It can find them safely: list the worksheets, list the table columns, and read the used range to show you which are genuinely empty. The removal itself is the sharp end. Deleting a column takes every formula that pointed at it, and clearing a range wipes the cells with no way back through the connection.
What you end up with. A named list of empty sheets and unused columns with what each deletion would affect, and only the sheets and columns you approved actually removed.

What we could not establish
Every action here reaches the workbook through Microsoft Graph, which means the file has to live in OneDrive or SharePoint. A spreadsheet sitting on your laptop is out of reach until it is uploaded.
There is no undo action. Recovery from a bad write means OneDrive version history, so confirm version history is switched on before handing over anything that writes.
Granting workbook access by invite is exposed and no candidate here uses it. Only the reading side of sharing was worked through, so what an invite sends to the recipient was not established.
Nothing in the action set reads or repairs formulas as formulas, so formula auditing is not something this connection covers.
