Reply.io is a sales engagement platform that automates multichannel outreach, enabling users to create and manage email campaigns, track replies, and monitor performance directly within their platform.

What your AI can do here Connector snapshot 2026-08-23

Connect Reply to ChatGPT or Claude with your own Reply login or an API key, and your AI can run 21 of its actions. 12 of those only read and change nothing. 5 can delete or send something that cannot be undone, so those need a boundary you set before anyone runs them.

Reply also publishes its own MCP server, which is a second way in. Vendor documentation

This describes what Reply supports, which is one half of the picture. Where you start depends on the task and on how much you have handed over before, and no page can tell you that from a count.

Things you could hand over

Checked 2026-08-22

Candidates, not recommendations. These are things Reply supports once connected. Whether any of them is right for you depends on your own work, which this page knows nothing about.

What outreach is going out right now, and what does it say? No prior practice needed

Your assistant can list every sequence in the account, pull the schedules that control when each one sends, and read the template library alongside them. Read together, that answers the question a founder actually asks, which is what a stranger receives from us this week and at what hour of their day.

What you end up with. A written picture of the live sequences, their sending windows and timezones, and the template copy each one draws on.

Start with it bringing you the information and you deciding.

Never without. Ask which timezone each schedule is set to. Reply stores timing per schedule with its own timezone, so a sequence that looks like a nine in the morning send can be landing at midnight for half the list.

Is this person already in a sequence? No prior practice needed

Before you send a personal email or hand a name to someone else, the assistant can find the contact by email address and list the campaigns they are enrolled in. That is the check that stops a warm conversation being interrupted by an automated follow up two days later.

What you end up with. A yes or no on whether the person is in active outreach, and the names of the campaigns they sit in.

Start with it bringing you the information and you deciding.

Never without. Search on every address you have for them. The lookup matches on the email you give it, so a person in the account under a personal address will come back clean when you search their work one.

Are we about to email someone we agreed not to? No prior practice needed

The blacklist of suppressed domains and email addresses is readable, and so are the contents of your people lists. The assistant can compare the two and tell you where a list you are about to load overlaps something already suppressed, before the send rather than after the complaint.

What you end up with. The overlap between a list you plan to use and the suppression list, named address by address and domain by domain.

Start with it bringing you the information and you deciding.

Never without. Have it compare domains as well as addresses. A domain level entry suppresses everyone at that company, and an address by address comparison will not see it.

They answered me directly. Can it stop the sequence? Assumes some practice with AI

When somebody replies in your own inbox rather than through the tracked thread, the sequence keeps going unless it is told. The assistant can find the contact and mark them replied, or mark them finished, which stops outreach to them everywhere. Both accept a whole domain as well as one address.

What you end up with. That contact taken out of active outreach across every campaign they were enrolled in, with the campaigns they were in written down first.

Start with it doing the work and checking with you.

Never without. Confirm whether you meant the person or their whole company. Both of these actions accept a domain, and a domain call marks everyone at that company finished in every campaign at once.

Built on: Search Contacts by Email / Get Campaigns For Contact / Mark Contact as Replied / Mark Contact As Finished

Can it reorganize the people lists for me? Assumes some practice with AI

The assistant can create a new personal list, read who is in the existing ones, and move contacts between them in a batch. Useful when a list that started as one thing has become three, and you want the segments to match how you now talk about them.

What you end up with. Contacts sitting in lists that match your current segments, with a record of what moved from where.

Start with it doing the work and checking with you.

Never without. Get the before state written down first. The move is a move rather than a copy, so a contact that lands in the wrong list has to be found and moved back by hand.

We want to sell to that company again. Can it open the domain back up? Assumes you have done this kind of handover before

A suppressed domain can be taken off the blacklist, which makes sending to that company possible again. This is the one task here where the assistant is removing a protection rather than applying one, so it belongs to a person who knows why the domain went on the list.

What you end up with. The named domain removed from suppression, with the current blacklist read back so you can see what changed.

Start with it doing the work and checking with you.

Never without. Find out why the domain was suppressed before removing it. Removal restores sending to everyone at that company, and if the entry came from an unsubscribe or a complaint, putting it back does not undo the email that goes out in between.

Built on: Get full blacklist of domains and emails / Remove Domain from Blacklist

Clearing out sequences and lists nobody uses Assumes you have done this kind of handover before

Sequences and personal lists can both be deleted. Reply's own guidance on the sequence action is to confirm it exists first and treat the removal as permanent. The assistant can do the inventory work, show you what is dormant, and then delete only what you name.

What you end up with. A shortlist of dormant sequences and lists, and then only the ones you approved actually removed.

Start with it doing the work and checking with you.

Never without. Approve each sequence and list by name and ID, and export what you want to keep first. Reply describes both deletions as permanent removals, and the sequence content and its history go with it.

Built on: List Campaigns / Get All Lists / Get List by ID / Delete Sequence / Delete List By ID

What we could not establish
  • This connector exposes no action for creating a contact or enrolling one into a campaign, so building a list inside Reply from an assistant was not established.
  • No campaign statistics or reply-rate action was found in the curated set, so performance reporting is not covered here.
  • Sending a one-off email through Reply is not covered. The available write actions manage contacts, lists, suppression, and deletion rather than composing a send.
  • No time saving is claimed for any candidate on this page, because none has been measured.

BUILT-IN AI Some AI exists, but it is narrow, gated to a higher tier, or hard to find.
